Add BellaNora to your home screen
BellaNora is a web app, so there's nothing to download from an app store. Open the link from your invite on your phone, add it to your home screen once, and it opens full-screen like any other app.
iPhone
- Open the link from your invite in Safari.
- Tap the Share button at the bottom of the screen (at the top on iPad).
- Scroll down and tap Add to Home Screen .
- Tap Add. BellaNora now has its own icon on your home screen.
On older iPhones this only works from Safari. If you opened the link from email, Instagram or Facebook, tap the Safari compass or "Open in Safari" first.
Android
- Open the link from your invite in Chrome.
- Tap the menu button at the top right.
- Tap Add to Home screen or Install app.
- Tap Install (or Add). BellaNora now has its own icon on your home screen.
If you don't see the option, Chrome may show an "Install BellaNora" pop-up at the bottom of the screen instead. Tap it.

Do we both need to do this?
Yes, once on each phone. You'll both see the same week and the same grocery list.
It opens in the browser instead of full screen
Remove the icon and add it again from Safari (iPhone) or Chrome (Android). Icons added from other browsers sometimes open as a normal web page.
Do I need to update it?
No. BellaNora updates itself; you always get the latest version when you open it.
How do I remove it?
Press and hold the icon, then choose Remove App (iPhone) or Uninstall / Remove (Android). Your plans and recipes stay in your account.
